Yes. We hold a current QLD electrical contractor licence and Allure Energy is a Master Electricians Australia member. We can email you a copy of all certifications and our certificate of currency for public liability before any work begins.
Quotes are free for residential work, including switchboard inspections, solar designs and lighting plans. For commercial fitouts and large refurbishments we may quote a small site-visit fee, credited back when the job is booked.
Yes. We're a Clean Energy Council Approved Retailer and a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer. Solar, battery, EV charger, switchboard upgrade and meter swap can all be done by the same team in the same booked window.
Yes — a single ceiling fan, a power point added, smoke alarm replacement and downlight retrofits are everyday work for us. The same licensed electrician who does a $20k solar install will turn up for a $180 fan job. Nothing is too small.
For residential we invoice on completion. Larger projects use a deposit + progress + final structure agreed up front. Every install carries the manufacturer's warranty plus an Allure Energy workmanship guarantee.
Across Cairns, the Northern Beaches, the Tablelands edge and out to Port Douglas. Outside this area we're happy to quote, just let us know the postcode when you enquire.
